How can I set my Nokia Lumia 630 to speak incoming callers name in phonebook?

I had nokia 500(simbian) and it worked.
I tryed narrator but it`s not working and bloking my screen

go to Settings
Find and select ease of Access
turn the Speech for phone accessibility ON
Now your phone will announce callers based on Caller ID

I was going to suggest creating a ring tone with a recording of their name and attach it to the account. So I could have my wife do a sound recording of "hey, it's me, if you don't pick up I'm making you do laundry for a week!" then I can assign that as a ringtone, but accessibility sounds much easier

Embaneezor + contacts must be typed in latin (English) otherwise it can't read names (at least cyrillic)
