How can I set up my Whatsup on my Nokia Lumia 635?

setting up my family

i tried to download the whatsup app on my nokia lumia 635 and it requests i set up my family before this can be done. i went to the website to do this and there is no guide on how to so. i am getting a bit frustrated as i am unable to download a few of the apps i want

I've seen it, are you below the age of majority?

If so, you'll need to create another Microsoft account and use the My Family option (upper right menu) to call you that account's child. Adjust restrictions from there.
