How Can I Stop Groove From Playing Edited Music

I'm not sure what triggers this but often times when I play music in recommended playlist or suggested music it plays edited songs is there a way or a setting to cut that off

Groove often has both explicit (unedited) and edited tracks. This is so that parental controls work so that parents can block their kids from having access to certain tracks. I think any recommended music will assume that kids may also hear the music. If there's a track you like, you can always search for the explicit version.
