How can I stop my Lumia 525 from restarting continuously?

Lumia 525 restarting continuously

today i tried to install windows phone 10 on my lumia 525.i downloaded the update and press install.my phone started to restart and start install the update.after 25-35 mins a error came up while installing the update.
now my phone power on and showing installing the update and after 1 min power off,this happens every time i power on my phone,what should i do?????please someone help me....

Use the phone recovery tool and start over

it does not connect to recovery tool,is there any advise to how to connect my phone to recovery tool??
