This problem can be fixed only by replacing the module. At least for me it was the only choice. Took about 15 mins and USD 50. Now 930 works fine again. The problem was caused by some excessive pressure to the module (has some signs of deformation).
How can I stop my Lumia 930 camera shaking wildly?
