How can I stop my Microsoft 535 from losing internet connection?

Please help my husband and I both have Microsoft phones, I keep losing internet connection in the house, but he's ok. Won't let me reconnect to my Virgin Media router. Keep saying its secure and won't connect

Have you tried enabling and disabling Airplane Mode, and then trying to reconnect to your router?
