How can I synchronize phone/laptop calendars with Outlook?

Synchornising phone/laptop calendars with Outlook

I want to synchronise my Lumia 830 with my laptop which is currently running Outlook 2007 under Windows 7 Professional. I do NOT want to use 'cloud' or any form of internet connection unless this is the only way I can do this as data rates are too expensive. I can use USB or Bluetooth connection.

There is an option to use this software - Automatically Sync Outlook Across All Devices | AkrutoSync

It's not free.

WP does not sync directly with the PC via Bluetooth or USB with the Windows Phone app.

It's true. You can't sync the Windows Phone with Outlook PC without third party software. The best one depends on your needs. Personally, I use Akruto especially since I have other non-Windows Phone devices and it doesn't limit you on the number of devices you sync with.

I would recommend Sync2 from 4Team. I've been using it for around 2 years now, it has many options for syncing, like synching with google, outlook, exchange and etc. You can try the trial version and see it suits you. They also have a very good support, if you will have any problems with setup, just ask them for help.
