How can I transfer all of my data from one SD card to another?

Upgrading 630's SD card

I'm upgrading from a 8gb sd card to a 32gb one. My problem is that all the apps are stored on the old sd card and the phone's memory is almost full so i can't use that to transfer from old to new. I tried copying the whole 8gb card onto my disk (including all hidden files and folders) and copying that onto the new card, (after making the phone format the new card), but nothing is showing up and when checking the card in storage sense windows only sees a couple of GB of "other" data.

Is there any way to transfer all my stuff?

You will have to make some space on your phone by deleting some Apps or app data.... Try deleting the map data... Next copy Apps from your old card to phone.... Using storage sense... Insert new card and copy it back...

NOTE : Some apps wont update on SD card and some simply does not allow you to copy to card

Isn't there any other solution? While this could work on smaller cards, if someday i upgrade from 32 to 64 it won't be feasible anymore
