How can i update my phone? "error 80072f8f"

[Windows Central Question]

I have a Nokia Lumia 1020 running Windows Phone 8.1 update 1.
When I search for updates an error pops up saying "We are currently unable to check for updates. (80072f8f)"

I checked time+date and it's all good.

Any ideas on how to fix this error?
Going to try Windows 10 Mobile
