How do I block a phone number

I have a Windows 8 Samsung Ativ Neo thru Sprint and Call Blocking is build into the phone.
Go to: Settings, scroll all the way down to Call Blocking
You can block all unknown calls by turning on or off the button
You can add specific numbers by entering them with the keypad
You can add directly from your contact list

This is wrong. blocking numbers is all dependent on your carrier. Sometimes the feature is built into phones, sometimes not. Heck even the iPhone doesn't have it built in. login to your carriers website and there should be a section for you to edit blocked numbers. If you have trouble call your carrier and ask about it. Most carriers today have this feature.

You can do block contacts or numbers in WP, you just need to go to your phone history (call logs) then long press the contact and you'll get the option to block the number
