How do I change apps available in the notifications center?

How do I change apps available in notification centre

I want to change what apps are available to me in the notification centre ... how? I currently have available flight mode, wifi, camera and location. I can't figure out how to e.g. put the 3G connectivity in here rather than Camera (again, example).

Go to settings > notifications&actions > choose quick actions. There you can change the actions that appear in the notification center.

Go to settings> notifications +actions. There you can choose your shortcuts
