How do I change the app that an attachment / file opens with?

Specifically trying to open an RSA token file like I did with 8.1 but it sends me to the appstore and says there is no app available.

I already have RSA installed and it actually had been working in win10 but unable to import the new token.

Settings > in the search box type "Default" > select the result "Choose a default app for each type of file"

Scroll down the list to the appropriate file type and click on the default.

Alternatively, have you tried right clicking the file > select "open with" > check the "always use" box > select RSA from the list of apps?
