How do I change the default reminder time setting used by Cortana?

When I use Cortana to set up an appointment on my computer (not phone) she (it) uses a reminder time of 15 min. I can't seem to find this setting in order to change the default to an hour before the appointment. I have done this in Outlook desktop but it doesn't use that setting when I use Cortana to set it up vocally. The calendar event set up by Cortana will eventually sync to Outlook but it will not use the Outlook default of one hour, it uses what was set by Cortana, 15 min.
