How do I change to the 24 hour clock to 12 in Windows 10?

how to change 24 hour clock to 12 in windows 10

please dont tell me to change it from hh:mm to hh:mm tt in the setting because I DONT HAVE IT i have only hh:mm:ss or h:mm or hh:mm so that's the main problem !!

can anyone help me please !!

As I said, you need to edit the time format string on the Customize screen:

So, type in 'hh:mm' in the short time box and press Apply/OK.

You don't have to use the dropdown.

as i SAID before there is no lower case "h" !!!!!!!

Try to be patient with the people helping you, using capital letters frequently doesn't really help - :smile:

so let's review a few things

What OS version are you on? You can check in settings > system > about > OS build. You should be having 10586.494
Second, what region have you set in settings? Which time zone
Third, where Pete suggested in post number 20 above, did you try that method?
