How do I change twitter push notification settings?

[Windows Central Question]

Using a Lumia 550 Windows 10 phone. When I first installed the official Windows Twitter app, I inadvertently said 'no' to push notifications. Now I want to turn them on. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, revoked, reset phone etc etc but it never asks me again if I want push notifications. How can I change this setting?

Settings->System->Notifications & actions

Scroll down until you get to the Twitter app and set it from there.
