How do I connect my WP8.1 to my Exchange server after SSLv3 has been disabled?

Recently my company disabled SSLv3. Since that time I have been unable to connect to our Exchange 2010 environment from my Windows phone. How can I disable SSLv3 on my phone and force it to use TLS?

If you go into Settings/email+accounts and click on your Exchange mail, have you tried unchecking 'Server requires encrypted (SSL) connection' ?

I have, and it did not work. I still need the communication to be encrypted, but I need the phone to use TLS instead of SSLv3.

I would expect it to just use TLS, you shouldn't have to force it. Usually a client will try different protocols until it finds one that works. You might try this site, the sender test might help confirm your phone can do TLS: TLS Tests and Tools

I would guess the cipher suite for email and IE are the same.
