How to distinguish between orginal 820 LCD replaced by Nokia and LCD sold by local sellers

I recently dropped my Lumia 820, the LCD display had a crack and stopped functioning however the touch was working fine.

I browsed around local seller in Mumbai and was quoted Rs 4 to 4.5K to replace LCD along with digitizer with no warranty. I was told the LCD alone cannot be replaced and have to replace the digitizer as well.

So I went to authorized Nokia service center and got my LCD replace without the digitizer but they quoted 6k (for LCD only) with 1 month warranty

Tough I got LCD replaced from Nokia I just wanted to know what why its costs so high in Nokia

Is there anyway we can distinguish the original LCD with the ones sold by local sellers

It's not the same screen or digitizer, obviously.

Nokia will use genuine Nokia parts. Your independent repair shop will use cheap alternatives that may not have the same standard of quality/functionality as genuine parts do.
