How do I do a back up from one memory card to other memory card?

how to back up from one memory card to other memory card

hi
i have installed my application on 8 gb memory card. now i want to change memory card. I copied full memory card to other. But i cant copy all files. How can i get all files?

u cant move the apps between to SD cards the only way is to move them phone initially and again moving them to new SD card. i know its not possible when you have big apps....then first try to move few apps to the phone then to new SD card and again the next few apps i know its a time taking process
