How do I download my files stored on dropbox to my surface pro 4?

Windows Central Question

I seem to only be able to download one file at a time from Dropbox and not a full folder to my Surface Pro 4. I have tried through Chrome, Explorer and the app with no luck; I just get a "unspecified" download that programs cant open. Is there a way to download my files I am not aware of?
