How do I edit my Voice Mail?

I got a call today and didn't had time to answer it for it went to voicemail. Now I don't remember setting any voicemail account so I have no idea what my pin number is and the voicemail logo is stuck on my call tile and my lock screen.

Where do I edit the Voicemail to change my pin number so I can read it? Thanks in advance.

I don't know what carrier you are on but with Sprint you call in tell them the problem then they will text you the password. You should try calling customer service for your carrier and see what they can do

Curious. Did you try calling voicemail. I think on AT&T for example it will run with defaults until you go in and add a pin/message, etc.
