How do I enable incoming call identification? [Lumia 630]

If you're referring to Caller ID, that's usually done by your service provider. If your device is an unlocked CV and you're having to plug in your own settings go to Settings>Applications>Phone and check to see if you have the option there. I've never seen it but that would be the only place to check.

It should be active by default. Might be worth checking with your network operator that it's active on your account.
