How do I fix a Lumia recovery software error?

Lumia recovery software error

error 0x80091007 showing while installing lumia recovery software
i tried with fire wall and antivirus off status , also followed that video on youtube , but everything failed

if any one have any solution please tell me its urgent

If you tried all above and it did not work try using another PC.
