how do i fix my phone (nokia 520) that won't start because it was resetting

So this morning, a question box appeared weather or not to install a new language setting, i accidentally hit install and it reset. I hit the power button to shut it because it showed a sad face off and again to turn it on but it's still resetting and it won't start anymore. pls help me.
