my hard reset crashed, how do i fix it?

i was hard resetting my phone (windows 640 xl lte ) when the reset crashed. now the reset goes half way and a sad face pops up and the whole thing starts again. i am not able to access anything anymore. what do i do ?

Have you tried using the 'Windows Device Recovery Tool'?

If you haven't tried Windows Device Recovery Tool try that. If it didn't work try again by: Turn on phone, quickly connect it to the PC via USB, quickly click on your phone once its recognised. It worked for me hope it will work for you too
