How do I forward/send voicemails to people?

Is there a way to send people - or save somewhere so I can then send it to people or just keep it for when the original gets auto-deleted by AT&T - voicemail messages I receive? Do I need an app or something or is it something on the phone? I can't figure it out.

It would have to be through AT&T. There's no way that I know of. Maybe somebody will know of a way to do it.
