How do i get auto tablet mode to work on windows ten on my asus transformer book

on a youtube video i saw that when the person recording turned his laptop into a tablet windows 10 automatically turned into tablet mode, i went into my settings and dont ask me to switch and always switch are on, but when i take the keyboard off nothing happens and i have to manually turn on tablet mode, please help.
