How Do I Get Anniversary Update?

Sometime back, I was under the impression that Icon owners had to use "Release Preview" in order to get Win 10 updates. I had been a Insider Slow User and switched to Release Preview several months ago. I am presently running version 10.0.14393.105. I got an update just yesterday. I just tried switching back to Slow Insider but when I check for updates, it tells me that I am up to date. How do I get the Anniversary Update?

You already have the Anniversary Update (10.0.14393.x) on your phone. The current Insider rings for slow and fast will be delivering rs2 builds.

I thought the Anniversary build was the Redstone build and that version started with 14...

Well, yes. Anniversary Update is 10.0.14393.x

Current Redstone 2 builds are 10.0.149...

Oh. Now I see! I have recently switched to the Slow Ring but have not received any rs2 builds. I am on Verizon - don't know if that makes a difference. Thanks so much.
