How do i get my favorites back, Microsoft Edge !

I am currently on production ring, running Fall Creators Update.

I did reset Microsoft Edge from settings. After reset I lost my favorites; its not syncing.
I am already signed in with my account and sync option is on. But I cant find it yet even after restarting PC.

Is there any way I can restore my favorites. ?

I'm on the "regular" (? production ?) version of Windows 10 for desktop. After I installed the FCU, my 'Favorites' in Edge were massively messed up. Some folders were duplicated with nothing in them, some folders were gone, some duplicated folders had some of the bookmarks but neither folder had them all. Since I have my desktop Edge and my L1520 Edge 'Favorites' synced, they are also messed up the same way on my L1520.

I've seen other people post similar situations where their 'Favorites' are either completely gone, or massively messed up like mine are. When I originally started using Edge as my main browser, it would not import my bookmarks from Firefox, so I had to export them from Firefox and import them into Internet Explorer, and then I could import them into Edge. I guess I'll have to do that again, but I'm quite certain I will have lost quite a few bookmarks in the process.

It would be nice if WC would do an article on the FCU destruction of favorites/bookmarks in Edge, and if there is any way to restore them and why this happened.
