How do I get my USB cable connected to my Car Music System for my Lumia?

USB Cable connected to Car Music System for Lumia Does not work

I have noticed when connecting any android device to my car's Music System the mobile starts charging and also works as a portable media player, but in case of my Lumia 520 it neither charge nor work as a media player, any solution for that ?

Unfortunately I don't think that is currently possible with WP for the media side of things.

I'm not sure why the charging doesn't work though. I didn't think the pin configuration was different on Android. Could have something to do with the current required to charge the phone. Do you know what the output from the USB is?
