You can just uninstall your current Office 365, then hit over to office.com, sign into your account, deactivate your current installation of Office and reinstall it from there.

OP's asking for upgrade instructions not reinstallation instructions.

I think you can log into office.com and upgrade from there.

It is the best way to do it though. Otherwise, you may encounter a couple of issues with default templates, settings and such if you just install Office 2016 over 2013. Essentially, I only added 1 more step in order to avoid some common problems.
