How do I get rid of lines across my screen?

how do i get rid of lines across my screen

one night randomly my Nokia lumia 530 phone suddenly had blue lines across the whole screen and when i opend an app they also had the lines. i tried turning it on and off, checked the battery and everythings in place and checked through my settings but theres nothing. please help me

Looks like something went wrong with your screen at the hardware level. Take your phone to a service center and have the screen repaired/replaced.
