How do I get the "Me" tile back on my home screen? Also, updating issues.

Hey all. I removed the "Me" tile from my home screen when I first purchased the phone and I was wondering how I can pin that back. Also, my ESPN and Facebook tiles do not update at all. I checked my background tasks and neither Facebook nor ESPN are listed. I basically have no way of blocking or unblocking either from running in the background. I have tried everything from unpinning and repinning the tiles to uninstalling and installing the apps altogether. Any help would be appreciated. I love WP8 and my Lumia 920 but the bugginess of the phone and OS are starting to get on my nerves.

Go to your people tile and click your picture up on the top, at the bottom there should be a "pin" icon.

This will only appear if you are not already pinned.

Facebook only shows a counter on the tile for notifications, the tile doesn't flip or show any other info. ESPN doesn't have a live tile at all that I've seen yet. I think you can pin certain teams though which will show some Live Tile info though.
