I have a Nokia 521 and can not get voice recognition to work
When I hold down the start button to make a call with my voice nothing happens. The phone usually takes me directly to the "listening screen" but that does not happen. I have talked to a T-Mobile rep who said to reset the phone to factory settings which I did and it did not resolve the problem. Than you for any assistance you can provide.
