confirming a micorosft activation code

when activating my Microsoft account on my lumia 535 am required to input a code . when I key in the code on my mobile how do I proceed as there is no retuned key option or next button to press once code is input. thanks

If memory serves me correct it should appear once you enter the code in completion.

Activate button is greyed-out or missing until then.
