how to go to the change security and password site on the surface pro 3 ? Please

the windows security pop up box will accept the user name and password but when opening up the internet access denied happens. connected to the vpn and connected to the wireless network but the windows security box won't disappear and I still can't get on the internet even though it says im connected.. need helps asap

Open Device Manager >> find your Wireless Card under Network Adapters >> right-click on it and select Properties >> Open Power Management and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" and click OK >> Restart.

Also make sure you Verify your Microsoft account on your Surface by going to Settings >> Accounts >> Your email and accounts >> Verify
