How do I mirror everything on Lumia 920 to Lumia 930?

Mirror Everything on Lumia 920 to Lumia 930

I just bought a new Lumia 930 and I have been using a Lumia 920 for 2 years now.
Is there a way to syns all apps, settings, home screen and so on. Otherwise setting my new phone takes a lot of time. This is actually very easy with an iPhone.

I would like to use both and I want them to be exact copies of each other without manual labor. Is this possible?

Back up your 920,
When you first set up the 930 use the 920 back up that was saved, That should do it, Then rename the 930 when all is done using a pc

Or if ur running 8.1 there is a sync for settings and theme etc for across devices.

Both the answers above sum it up rather nicely, and to actually do that look in the settings of your Lumia 920, you'll find "Backup" and also "sync my settings"

Then rename the 930 when all is done using a pc

I really don't need this but still, how do you rename update/phone. I once backed up 928 and recovered it on 925. When I checked "about" on 925 it showed Lumia 928

Can you please explain this a bit better? I'm allready using the back up options (only foto and video I sync manually via Bittorrent sync with my server) and also the sync options on my 920.

But how do I restore the back up on my 930?

@AV2RY Use the windows phone desktop app to rename, @Jeroen83 When your first set up a windows phone and connect to WiFi and log in to your Ms account you have the option of restoring from a back up.

I skipped the connect to wifi the first time but I'm going to try it again with a factory reset. Thanks for your help.
