How do I opt into the new UI for Outlook.com?

Back in May, Microsoft announced upcoming changes to Outlook.com. My father's Outlook.com account was "upgraded" to the new UI but mine has not. Is there anything I need to do to opt into the new UI?

I'm guessing that it will come in time, and it is just slowly rolling out. One of my old outlook accounts have the new look, but none of the ones I actually use have it.
