How do I permanently disable Drive Mode on Lumina 920?

It is turned on when I drive automatically. If I go to Drive Mode and turn it off it last ONLY for the time I am driving, once I stop driving and start again it resumes to Drive Mode ON. How can I permanently turn it off?
