How to purchase windows phone apps from Bangladesh

I am from Bangladesh, using Lumia 820. There are few apps which I need to purchase from the windows store and the no. is growing. How can I purchase app from Bangladesh.

N.B: No international credit/debit card.

You need to have international credit card, or else there's no other way as far as i know.
