how do i remove the demos including fake contacts and messages from my nokia lumia 1020?

There are fake contacts and pictures and messages that I manually deleted and they came back. I don't see an option for demo removal in settings but this did not happen tome with the first 1020 I owned.

You have been given a demo unit. They are not for regular use. If at all possible return it to where it came from for a refund or exchange for a viable retail unit.
