Windows Central Question

Is there a way to manually delete/block/prohibit only certain portable devices from connecting to my Shared network using windows 10 default hotspot without changing the network ID to avoid possible bad feelings.

Yep. Change the password. If you're using a router you can whitelist MCA addresses but sharing from a phone means you can't do that I think. Changing the wifi key though, that'll work and there's no need to change the SSID at all.
