How to send longer video clips on whatsapp on Nokia 925

I see people have asked this question a long time ago Has anything changed in making it easier to do? I am frustrated with the tiny length of videos I can send to my family.

Videos are limited to 15 Megs in size in general via whatsapp.

The real alternative is to send a cloud storage share link.
