The automated voice is asking to a number that only a Microsoft manager can give you. I tried putting in my cell and the default voicemail number and neither works. What do I do?
Voicemail is carrier dependent.
Usually when calling voicemail there should be a dial pad accessible menu that will give options for voicemail features.
Carrier websites also often offer voicemail set-up via a user login.
