How Do I Sign Up For Spotify? (Windows App On Microsoft Store)

Everytime I sign up there's an error message claiming I have to check the highlighted fields yet I believe I have filled out everything correctly. Please help.

Same here I couldn't sign up. This app has been months in my phone now.

That's weird, I had no problem subscribing. This was about a year ago though. I'd email Spotify and let them know about the problem.
