How do I split partition on Microsoft Surfer Pro 3 (256 GB)?

how to split partition on Microsoft Surfer Pro 3 (256 GB)

Hi
I acquired a new Surfer Pro 3 machine with 256 GB that works fine, however i want to split the hard drive to add a "D" drive to store all the data on it, but i can't do it using the "manage" option as i did before on other machines (even with Windows 8.1)
Any help?

Why not? I dont have a SP3, so I don't know, but it should work!
