How do I stop Cortana from reading callers names out loud?

whenever someone calls me rge cortana gets activated and says

The Cortana gets activated when anyone calls me. I want my phone to ring, but instead my phone rings for once and then the Cortana starts "roger is calling, or dad is calling and etc.." I don't want anyone to hear my people's name to read out loud. Help me guys please, it would be kind of you.

Do you have Speech for phone accessibility turned ON under Ease of Access in settings?
