how do i transfer file from Window PC to window 10 tablet with USB

Windows Central Question

My Window10 Tablet is connected to my PC using USB cable to micro USB outlet. My PC cannot detect my lenovo Tablet, thus i cannot move the files over. Please kindly assist.
