How do I transfer my contacts from Outlook 2010 to my microsoft account?

I have been saving all my phone contacts (personal and business) to my corporate Outlook 2010 account but wish to save all my contacts to the people's hub in my Microsoft account. How do I transfer the saved Outlook 2010 contacts over? I currently use a Lumia 925 (windows phone 8.1). Thanks for any tips.

They can be exported from your Outlook 2010 account ...
or imported to your Microsoft Account.

Look under Manage Contacts on your Outlook account.
