Pres volume + or volume -
Click on V arrow
Click on ,,Vibrate On"
Optional: Click on both icons, ringbell and note to easy mute sounds.

Keep your meetings in calendar... mark your status as busy and keep an accurate amount of time for the meeting set.

Then make sure your Quite Hours engage for calendar events marked busy.

Your phone will automagically be quiet for your meeting and resume when done.
