How do i turn off the voice over ringtone on a Lumia 920

When my Lumina 920 answers a call, it will first use a ringtone for one ring and then voice over the ringtone the name of the party fron my contact list. It makes the ringer nearly silent and i haven't been able to find a way to turn off the voice.

go to settings-ease of access- and turn off speech for phone accesibility. that might help.

Looks like carrier specific - I am on EE, UK and I don't have it either..
